(Neidig) Hildesheim, 67, entered the presence of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Tuesday, January 10, 2012 at her residence. She was the wife of the late James Hildesheim.

They were married for 46 years. Roberta was born in Philadelphia, on April 4, 1944. She was the daughter of Elizabeth E. (Duckinfield) Neidig and the late William F. Neidig.

Mrs. Hildesheim was a member of the York Bible Church and a former member of Calvary Bible Church, Mount Joy. She was the church secretary for York Bible Church and the founder of the widows group at the church. There will be no viewing. The family will host a memo rial service beginning at 2 PM, Saturday, January 21, 2012 at the Susan P.

Byrnes Health Education Center, 515 S. George York, with the Rev. Dr. David E. Sutter officiating.

A time of visitation with the family will be from 1- 2 PM at the Susan Byrnes Burial will be private at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. Roberta is survived by three daughters, Ruth E. Rooff, wife of Brian, of Cornwall; Deborah A. Shoemaker, wife of Chris, of Elizabethtown; and Lois M. Prusasky, wife of Joseph, of York; four grandchildren, Brooke E.

Ruth, Seth J. Shoemaker, Paige E. Shoemaker, and Rachel E. Rooff; four brothers, Ronald, Junior, Edward, and Craig; three sisters, Elane, Maryellen and Cheri; and numerous nieces and nephews. Throughout her life, Jean enjoyed socializing with her friends, Humphrey Bogart movies, and dogs. Surviving are her five children: Greg Jones (Diane) of Richmond, VA, Karen Jackson (John) of Greer, SC, Nora Jones of Bronx, NY, Michele Rolle (Howard) of Richmond, VA, and Todd Jones of Manhattan, NY. She had 16 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.

Also surviving are a sister, Hazel Gantt of Lancaster and a host of nieces and nephews. Memorial Services for Jean will be held at Bethel' A.M.E. Church, 450 E. Strawberry Lancaster, PA on Saturday, January 21, 2012 at 10AM with Rev. Edward M.

Born in Fairfield, PA, she was the daughter of the late James and Pearl Kauffman.

She was married for 59 years to her husband, Gene T. Walker, who preceded her in death last August. She received her nurses training at Lancaster General Hospital and worked as a Registered Nurse for both Lancaster General and Gettysburg Hospitals. Betty was an active member of Trinity Lutheran Church and loved spending time with her grandchildren, shopping and going to shows. Betty Jane is survived by her sons, John Walker of Dillsburg, PA and James A.

husband of Gayle Walker of E. Berlin, PA. She is also survived by her three grandchildren, Cale and Chase of Dillsburg and Jaimie Walker of Littlestown, PA. (Habecker) Barker who died March 30, 2010. Born in' Avon, Lebanon County, he was a son of the late Albert E. and Nora V. (Kline) Barker. Mr.

Barker was an inside sales and purchasing agent for Brown Engineering in Reading for 23 years retiring in October of 2003. He was a 1948 Graduate of the former Heidelberg Twp. High School, Berks County and was a 19 year Air Force Veteran. Surviving are two daughters: Sharon (Barker), wife of Walter Gable, Lancaster, and Kathryn (Barker), wife of Clyde Diffendall, East Petersburg, four grandchildren and six great grandchildren. In addition to his wife, he was predeceased by two sisters, one brother, one granddaughter and 2 great grandchildren.

Lutz, 84, of Mount Joy went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, January 12, 2012 at the home of her daughter, Joyce. Her husband, John Henry Lutz, died in 1985. A homemaker and lifelong resident of Mount Joy, Edna also helped her late husband with the former Zone 7 dispatch center for fire and ambulance for many years. She was a member of Mount Joy Mennonite Church. An avid reader, Edna loved to watch birds and enjoyed taking trips to the family cabins in Perry and Snyder Counties.

Her family, whom she prayed for faithfully, meant everything to her, and she especially enjoyed the times with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Born in Penn Township, she was the daughter of the late Phares and Nora Cassel Wenger. Edna will be dearly missed by her daughter, Joyce (Kenneth) Swarr of Lititz, and two sons, Ronald and Bob, both of Mount Joy; three grandchildren, Lonnie (Carrie) Swarr, Shawn (Katrina) Swarr, and Joshua (Leanne) Swarr, and nine great grandchildren. Four sisters, Eleanor Myers, Pauline Franck, Ruth Breneman, and Betty Charles and two brothers, Phares and John Wenger, family would like to thank the preceded her in death. Edna's staff and nurses of Hospice of Lancaster County for the excellent care their mother received during her illness.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral for Edna at Mount Joy Mennonite Church, 320 Musser Mount Joy on Monday, January 6,2011 at 2 p.m. with Pastor Mervin Charles officiating. He was in his 79th year. a served four years in the US Air Force and worked at Schick Electric and Yellow Freight Systems in. Lancaster. He moved to Sun City Center, FL in 2001. He is survived by his wife and children, Carla Texter, Brad Hirneisen; Stepchildren, Judith Krantz, Veryl Ed Geltz; 4 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Memorial service will be held at 3 PM on January 28, 2012 at Sun City Christian Center Church, 17566 Highway 301 South, Wimauma, FL 33598. Jean Huntzinger Wesley Jean Huntzinger Wesley passed to the waiting arms of her eternal savior on Wednesday, January 11, 2012 under the tender and loving care of Hospice of Lancaster County. Jean was born October 23, 1923 in Maytown, the eldest daughter of the late Joseph W. and Susan Homsher Huntzinger.

Jean was preceded in death by her husband, H. Carlton Wesley; siblings, Robert Huntzinger and Mary MacMaster; her beloved son, Scott Lowery; and son-in-law, Jack C. Cooke, Jr. She is survived by her daughter, Susan Cooke Krackow, wife of Arnie, and grandsons, Eric Shellenberger and Jack C. Cooke III, husband of Addie Zimmerman, all of Lancaster.

Also surviving are nieces, Carole Grimes of Hanover, Elizabeth (Susie) MacMaster of Fredericksburg, VA; and grandson, Scott Leidy of Hanover. Jean had also come to be loved as "Grandma Jean" by stepgranddaughters, Cassie, Claire, Becca and Stasia Krackow, along with her five step-grandsons and their families. Her favorite pastime as a child was setting up her "classroom" and playing teacher, a dream which was fulfilled in her adult life. Jean graduated from Donegal High School, Millersville State Teachers College, and later received her Masters degree from Millersville University. She was a highly respected and much-loved first grade teacher for nearly 38 years at Brecht Elementary School in Manheim Twp.

School District, positively touching the lives of thousands of children over years. She loved traveling the world, her favorite destination having been also her trip Australia. Jean enjoyed jigsaw puzzles and was an avid reader. She was a loyal, loving, and generous friend, mother and grandmother. We will miss her.

A celebration of Jean's life will be held at Lancaster Moravian Church, 1460 Eden Road, Lancaster, on Saturday, January 21, 2012 with visitation beginning at 3 p.m., followed by the service and light supper at 4 p.m. Rev. Dean Easton will officiate. Interment will be private, at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations in Jean's memory may be made to Lancaster Moravian Church or to Hospice of Lancaster County, 685 Good Drive, PO Box 4125, Lancaster, PA 17604-4125.

He was the husband of the late Marjorie (Finley) Magnusson. They observed their 62nd anniversary in July 2011. Alan was born on a farm i in Henning, Minnesota, June 13, 1920, the son of the late Axel T. and Elna (Johanson) Magnusson. When he was in high school, the family moved to southern California.

He graduated from Excelsior High School in Norwalk, California and College in Whittier, California. He obtained a Master's degree in organic chemistry from the University of Southern California. After some additional graduate work at Purdue University, he returned to California where he was employed as a research chemist at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena. There he worked on development of polymeric binders for solid propellant rockets. In 1961 he joined Armstrong and moved to Lancaster with his family.

He worked in chemical research in the area of polymeric coatings for flooring products. He was the author or co-author of a number of papers and patents. Alan enjoyed the outdoors, hiking, camping, and gardening. He also liked to read, work on crossword puzzles, and research family genealogy. He and his wife traveled extensively both in this country and abroad.

They particularly enjoyed spending time at their cabin in Maine. He was a member First Presbyterian Church of Lancaster, the North Museum, The Lancaster Historical Society, and the Lancaster County Conservancy. He is survived by a daughter, Nancy Magnusson of Ellicott City, Maryland, a son, Bruce Magnusson of Walla Walla, Washington, and several nieces and nephews.
