NO GRUDGE In his final argument to the jury, Miller cited the right of a landlord to take care of somebody's things until they come and get it. He added that he does not hold a grudge against either the Yarnells' or Recher.

Mrs. Herr, in her summation, noted that Miller had admitted entering the apartment and removing items. She also noted that the Yarnells' A Rohrerstown man, described by his defense counsel "as a heavy user of drugs," was sentenced Wednesday to a 2-to-5 year term in the State Correctional Institution at Huntingdon when he pleaded guilty in criminal court to two sales of methamphetamine powder to state police agents.
